Avelon organizes marketing research, planning, creative work, reviewed execution, and measurement. Availability depends on the deployed feature, connected accounts, supported operations, and current permissions. These draft terms are not a finalized service agreement.

Keep account access secure and invite only authorized collaborators. Supply accurate company context and connect only accounts you are permitted to manage. Confirm that you have the rights and communication basis needed for content, contacts, media, and external actions.

Review consequential actions before authorizing them. A plan or enabled agent does not by itself authorize advertising spend, publication, or outreach. Review the exact destination, content, recipient scope, allowance, and expiry. Stop or revoke future authority when the business direction changes.

Avelon needs permission to process the material you provide for the work you request. Review generated content for accuracy, rights, suitability, and brand consistency before use. Final ownership and licensing provisions require confirmation in the executed service agreement; generated output is not guaranteed to be unique or error-free.

Connected services have their own terms, permissions, limits, and charges. Review the allowance and applicable provider costs before authorizing work. Current subscription prices, payment terms, taxes, cancellation, and refund policies must be supplied in a final commercial agreement; this draft does not invent them.

Do not use Avelon for unauthorized access, deceptive impersonation, rights-infringing content, unlawful outreach, or actions outside your authority. Provider rules and consent requirements continue to apply when work is prepared or executed through Avelon.

Before disconnecting an account, inspect pending or uncertain actions and retain the records you need. Revoking future authority does not necessarily reverse an action already accepted by a provider. Cancellation, termination, and data-export periods still require final commercial terms.
