Practical guides for setting up your company, assembling your AI team, reviewing work, and understanding results.
01Getting startedSet up your company
Open Company and add your website or company details. Review the collected sources, correct any uncertain facts, and confirm the profile before using it in a mission.
Open Company02Getting startedAssemble your AI team
Open Your AI team in the department workspace. Review each role, choose which specialists are available, and assign a clear goal. Selecting an agent does not authorize publishing or spending.
Open your department03PlanningGive the team a useful goal
Describe the business outcome, target audience, deadline, and limits. Check the proposed tasks and success measures before approving internal preparation.
Plan a mission04ConnectionsConnect a provider
Use the relevant department connection panel for your company. Confirm the destination account, permissions, and supported operations. Setup and readiness shows which prerequisites still need attention.
Check readiness05ApprovalsReview an external action
Inspect the exact content, recipients or destination, account, allowance, and expiry. Approval applies to that reviewed action. A changed payload or account may require a new review.
Open Review06TroubleshootingUnderstand blocked or uncertain work
Read the task’s blocker and retained receipts before retrying. A provider timeout can leave an action uncertain. Check its existing status rather than submitting a duplicate action.
Inspect Work07ReportingRead results without guessing
Check the source, measurement window, and freshness of each result. A completed task is not proof of a business outcome; missing or incomplete evidence stays unmeasured.
Open Results08AccountManage access and retained information
Use department governance to review grants and privacy controls. Contact support for questions about data requests; deletion from Avelon does not confirm deletion at an external provider.
