Information in your workspace
Depending on the features you use, a workspace can contain account details, company profiles, source documents, creative assets, campaign drafts, contacts, provider connections, approvals, execution receipts, and performance observations. Only provide information you are authorized to use.

Why information is processed
The application uses company context to prepare work, account permissions to control access, connected-provider information to carry out authorized operations, and receipts to explain what happened. Deployment-specific legal bases for these purposes have not yet been confirmed for this draft.

Connected services and AI providers
An authorized operation may send necessary inputs to the provider selected for that operation, such as an AI, email, advertising, CRM, or publishing service. The production processor list, hosting regions, transfer arrangements, and provider retention or training policies must be confirmed before publication.
